Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling your child. These policies help ensure a smooth and transparent learning experience for all students and parents.

Terms & Conditions – Trial & Weekly Programmes (AY2026)

A) Weekly Tuition Fees & Payment Policy

1. Fee Structure

• Tuition Fees — Payable monthly.

• Registration Fee — One-time, non-refundable fee of $30 (before GST) for new students.

• Material & LMS Fees — $60 per programme (before GST) per semester, collected upon enrolment. Non-refundable and non-prorated.

• Refundable Deposit — $50 per programme, payable upon registration.

  • This deposit will be offset from the last month’s fee.

  • If a student withdraws without one month’s notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Note: The one-month notice period begins from the withdrawal date (e.g., if notice is given on 18 September, the last day will be 18 October).

2. Payment Methods

• Deposit Payment — Payable via PayNow (UEN: 201823706E), bank transfer, or NETS at our centres.

• Tuition Fees — Payable within the first week of each month. Extensions may be granted only with management approval.

• GST — 9% GST applies to all fees (excluding refundable deposits).

3. Pro-Rated Fees

• Fees will be pro-rated for students who start lessons mid-programme.

4. Invoices & Payments

• Monthly invoices are sent via email from donotreply@edufront.com.

• Payments can be made by:

  • Scanning the dynamic QR code on the invoice, or

  • Uploading a screenshot of the QR code via your banking app.

  • Payment is processed through OMISE PAYMENT SG PTE. LTD.

• ⚠️ Important: Please do not transfer directly to OMISE’s UEN. The QR code contains a unique Bill Reference number.

• NETS payments are also accepted at our centres.

5. Cashless Policy

Edufront has been cashless since AY2019, in support of Singapore’s national cashless initiative.

6. Refund Policy

• All fee payments are non-refundable.

• For half-year or annual payments, all paid fees remain non-refundable except for the $50 Refundable Deposit.

7. Lesson Cancellations

Edufront reserves the right to cancel lessons when necessary.
Parents will be notified in advance, and fees may be refunded or credited toward future lessons.

B) Discount Policy

1. Multiple Subjects Discount

2. Sibling Discount

Siblings are also eligible for the same multiple-subject discount.
(Example: Two siblings taking one subject each will both enjoy a 5% discount.)

3. Payment Discounts

• Half-year payment — Additional 2% discount.

• Annual payment — Additional 5% discount.

Note: Fees for half-year or annual payments are non-refundable except for the refundable deposit.

4. Offer Variations

• Discounts may vary depending on the number of subjects enrolled.

• Special offers or adjustments may apply with management approval.

C) Trial Lesson & Enrolment Policy

1. Trial Lesson

• A trial lesson is available at $10 (before GST) per programme.

• Non-refundable.

• Each student may attend one trial lesson per programme.

• If the student does not attend after paying, the fee will be refunded in full.

2. Fee Adjustment after Trial

• Upon confirming enrolment, a $50 refundable deposit per programme is required to secure the slot.

• This deposit will later be offset from the total fees.

D) Make-Up Lesson Policy

1. Reporting Absence

Parents/guardians must inform the centre in advance if the student will be absent.

2. Make-Up Lessons

• Make-up lessons must be arranged within one week of the missed class.

• If unavailable at the same branch, lessons may be arranged at another branch (subject to slot availability).

• Students in:

  • Physical classes may join the next available physical or online class.

  • Online classes may join the next physical class or access recorded lessons.

3. Tutor Discretion

Tutors are not obligated to conduct individual make-up sessions. Make-up arrangements depend on tutor availability and goodwill.

4. Refund Policy

No tuition refunds will be issued for missed or make-up lessons.

E) Student Welfare Policy

1. Student Care

• Edufront ensures reasonable care for all students on our premises.

• Edufront does not provide food unless special arrangements are made during registration (subject to additional fees).

2. Illness & Emergencies

• Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately if a student becomes ill.

• In urgent cases, Edufront staff will arrange for the student to be sent to the nearest clinic or hospital, and parents will be notified promptly.

F) Disclaimer

1. Damage & Liability

Parents/guardians are responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the student to public or private property.

2. Amendments

Edufront reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Any updates will be communicated in writing to parents/guardians.

Acknowledgement

By enrolling at Edufront Learning Centre, I confirm that:

• I have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions above.

• I acknowledge that Edufront will take necessary safety measures, and I will not hold the Centre liable for any accidental injuries.

• I authorise Edufront staff to obtain medical attention for my child in emergencies and agree to bear all related costs.

• I certify that all information provided is accurate and will notify Edufront of any changes.
